1. Who we are

Circle of Success is a done-for-you webinar growth partner. We build and run webinar sales machines for experts, coaches and creators: pages, emails, nightly automated webinars, ads, a sales team, buyer financing and a live dashboard. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, business name, website and social profiles.
• Partner application and call details: offer, audience, revenue range, goals and other answers you submit.
• Payment and billing information when you purchase setup or related services (processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Communications: emails, form messages, support requests and call notes.
• SMS and email opt-in records and timestamps when you consent to messaging.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

• Opt-in. You receive SMS only after you explicitly opt in. We keep timestamped consent records and follow applicable TCPA and carrier rules.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time. You will get a final confirmation; no further messages unless you re-opt-in. Opt-outs are processed promptly (typically within 24 hours).

• Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies with your activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors solely to deliver the messaging service (for example an SMS aggregator) is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for other use cases.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email/SMS, payments, scheduling, customer support) under confidentiality obligations.
• Partners you work with through us, only as needed to deliver the machine (for example routing a booked call to a closer on your account).
